You must use the recipient's Nauta email address, ending in @nauta.com.cu or @nauta.co.cu. Double-check it carefully before paying: recharges cannot be canceled or redirected once sent. Nauta credit arrives almost instantly, usually within a few minutes of confirming payment. Once credited, the balance is valid for 330 days from the last connection, so it won't expire as long as the account is used at least once a year. You can send between 250 CUP and 1,250 CUP per transaction. If you need to send more, make multiple consecutive recharges, the balance accumulates in the recipient's Nauta account. Nauta Hogar offers home internet plans ranging from 250 to 1,375 CUP per month, with download speeds from 1 to 4 MB/s and between 30 and 120 monthly hours of connection.
