What data does fonoma collect?

There are two types of data that we collect:

“Personal Data” – This is information that identifies you or can be used to identify you. We may collect and process the following Personal Data about you:

  • The last four digits and expiration date of your credit cards

  • Other information you provide by filling in forms on our Website

When you install the Fonoma app, you’ll also be asked to allow us access to your mobile device’s address book. A copy of the phone numbers, names and, if applicable, account identifiers for Nauta services, of all your contacts (whether they are a Fonoma customer or not – but only name, phone number and Nauta account identifier) will be collected in order for us to provide functionality and administer our services. We’ll not upload your mobile device’s full address book to our servers, the data will be stored locally on your device. Only the data of the contacts you send a recharge will be uploaded.

“Non-Personal Data” – Like most other websites, fonoma gathers statistical and analytical information. This is what we call Non-Personal Data. Unlike Personal Data, this information cannot be used to identify or contact you. Examples of Non-Personal Data include browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our Website.
